TBH I thought Morris deserved it more than RG3. _________________

Probably did.
That 3rd down run was one of the most beautiful 6yd runs I've ever seen. I think the significance of that win (like that run) is what got RG3 the award, although RG3 had a pretty sweet 45 yard run himself. But leading the team to beat the Superbowl champs with so much on the line was HUge.
But in the end like the Heisman usually goes to a RB or QB these usually go to a glamor position over a grinder. I'm just glad to see one of our guys get it, to be honest. And RG3 is the first one to give the deserved credit to his teammates, they won't forget that _________________

Alfred Morris was much more deserving imo. He was the Redskins' best player Monday night. _________________

I think RG3 deserved it. Morris had a good game, but didn't get into the endzone, and had a costly fumble.
Wasn't RG3's best performance, but he still made some huge plays in the game. If Morris would have gotten it I wouldn't have been too upset though since he had some big first downs, and was running hard the whole game. |

Both had a,great game but without RG3 I dont think Morris has the night he had. RG3s play fake helps a lot! _________________

That almost cost us the game. Also, like theskinsfan21 said, you have to wonder if Morris wood be as affective without the threat of rg3 out there to run or pull down and throw off the read option also.
Morris is great- but Rg3 definitely deserved it more IMO. _________________

I just saw a graphic where Rg3 and Russell Wilson are in elite company with Dan Marino.
Qbs who have more than a 10 differential between TDs and ints as a rookie.
Marino: 20 TDs, 6 ints
Rg3: 17 TDs, 4 ints
R Wilson: 19 TDs, 8 ints _________________

Several interesting things I heard this morning from the sports junkies.
1. Rg3 is #1 in the NFL in passer rating
2. He's leading the NFL in rushing and passing yds per attempt
3. They pointed out how in Shanahan's press conference yesterday signs are there that he is going to play Rg3, they pointed out that in his answers about rg3 yesterday he said it was a mild sprain, not serious, he feels good or ok 6 times in a few sentences and reiterated emphatically in a follow up question. He talked about the 2009 acl injury and they tested it "looks good there"
4. Rg3's dad has led on he feels good also
| Quote: | | Griffin's father, Robert Griffin Jr., said in a text message that his son was "feeling good" and that "we will know by Thursday" whether Griffin III will be able to suit up against the Browns. |

Just remember one thing, Shanahan is the master of disguise, so if he thinks that Robert is not going to play, then he might be saying this to disrupt the game plan for Cleveland as they plan for RGIII and Kirk hits the field.
Either way, I hope that Robert plays, but if he cant go, so be it. Dont risk the franchise for Cleveland. Its not worth it. _________________
