He's about to get fired. Would Lions fans look at him? He runs an Air Coryell system which allows us to play to our strength. Alex Smith had his one productive year under him and Philip Rivers had an MVP-esque season under him.
He just isn't a good HC is all.

I just think people are setting themselves up for disappointment. If there's one thing this regime has stated time and time again is that they aren't gonna panic and change plans, they have a plan and they're sticking to it.
Thus far they've stayed true to that.

That might start changing the more uncomfortably hot the seat gets. You may also be right.

| I like Norv Turner as an OC. Personally, I am hoping that Pat Shurmur becomes available. I guess I would prefer a more young blood. Besides, he has shown that he has a pretty good offensive mind. I suspect he will become available because the new regime will want their own guy. |
