Knapp and everyone else can go though. Don't see Saunders being retained either, he runs the air coryell and DA seems set on this conservative WCO bs. Hopefully they wisen up, I mean they have been a bit more Vertical with more PBS lately, don't see it happening though. |
Tarver is a 3-4 specialist? weird considering he has never even been a DC before, last year at Stanford he was co-defensive coordinator. The only thing he specializes in is being inexperienced. |
The only defensies he has coached, as co-coordinator or position coach, have been 3-4 defenses. Considering hes never been affiliated with a 4-3 defense would say he is a 3-4 coach.

Keep Allen and fire Knapp. With Tarver I don't mind if we keep him or upgrade.
The one thing I noticed from last night's game is this team has not quit and is still showing fight. The problem is a serious lack of talent. As BP said, when Philip Adams is your playmaker, you got problems.

Say we do let the coordinators go (though I'd like to give Tarver a real chance), how would you guys feel about Mangini as DC?

He was the DC in New England in 2005, although I dont recall them being a very good D that year.
