18-15 Steelers |
... so we beat a team by triple digits???

Yea you didn't see that game Ben started the game, Leftwich got injured and Batch threw for 38 TDs! _________________

Considering that winning by 4-5 points will be crushing them for the Steeler _________________

Why not? 1 per year in the league. Sounds reasonable... _________________

Here is the coverage map, pretty fragmented across the country here and there, hopefully quite a few of us will have the game. I have it where I am visiting:

Why sit a healthy franchise QB? Other then maybe some season typical bumps and bruises Ben's been relatively healthy.
I for one don't like the idea of backing into the playoffs. _________________

I don't see the need for Ben to play vs one of the worst teams. I think ben could sit the next few games, unless they made the injury sound worse than it is, does that ever happen? If it was as bad as they said, I am left to believe that if a 340 LB object fell on the injured rib area, he could be done for the season. Did I miss something over the last few weeks regarding the injury?
Lets see if Beechum plays well again. Looks like this team has depth on the OL, now with 3rd string RT .
This should be a blow out and 92 should have a nice days on the stats.
Will Worilds, Beechum, C Allen continue to play well and improve?
Will Wallace and Sanders continue to drop passes
Will Heath continue his all pro play (yes of course )
Will T-Rex be in at C
Will 90 and 97 get more reps |

I haven't watched every single game this season, regrettebly, but it would seem apparent that you haven't either. This season we have lost to the Raiders, Browns, and Titans...all teams below .500 this season. We can't afford to sit quality players at all from here on out. If they're even healthy enough they need to play.
Last week against Baltimore was a great win against a quality opponent...particularly since we've lost to worse teams with our better players. I'm not a gambling man and don't want chuck under center any more than he has to be. _________________

The rib was recovered to the point there was no risk of further injury about two weeks ago. The shoulder kept him out of the Ravens game _________________

is he close to 100% then? I think we could win the rest of the games with batch but the bungles game should have ben just to make sure. Lets hope he stays healthy and the rest get healthy . I think this team can go all the way as long as everyone is back. Taylor is the player we will need if we have to play manning or brady, and this would be mid season Taylor , not early season Taylor. |
