With the Packers 2 top RBs down for the count in Cedric Benson and James Starks they have decided to bring back Ryan Grant to join Alex Green as the top 2 guys left in our backfield.

#Packers make it official, signing Ryan Grant and placing Johnny White on injured reserve.

Wait, I thought Benson was eligible to return at some point in time. Is that no longer a possibility?

He's played well and improving every week. His YPC is awful but that doesn't quite tell the whole story and hel be out feature back even with this signing.

I'm not going to sugar coat it. No. He isn't. He is terrible when he is lined up 7 yards back in the backfield and asked to find a hole. He is ok running out of shotgun formation and on screens. He just has really poor vision.

That's a shame- Ryan Grant always speaks highly of your father.

rofl.

I'm expecting good things out of this signing. I think he'll surprise us. I'm also of the opinion that Green was not looking very good. Starks was though, shame he went down.

That is sig-worthy.
