This guys a little...off
Apparently, he thinks he is the "kraken" on game days, heres a quote from the article which is linked below.
| Quote: | "The Kraken is a giant monster that just demolishes everything that moves," Hardy told the Charlotte Observer last year. "On Wednesday or Thursday, I go down in my subconscious. I find him, and I unlock the cage. About Saturday he usually comes out. Then he's always out on Sunday. I don't control him then. What he does when I'm not there, I don't know."

| Quote: | | "You think the guy’s a little off. Then you have a chance to talk to him and you realize, 'Oh yeah, this guy’s a little off,'" defensive tackle Dwan Edwards told the Observer. |
Wow. Whatever. Keep playing well and I couldn't care less what you do to inspire yourself.
Well, within reason I suppose ... _________________

| Awesome. If this is what it takes, well then by all means. He and Johnson have been one of the few bright spots this season. I always knew Hardy was capable, as he showed early last year before he wore off, but he's finally strung it together. Guess his new persona did it for him. |

It's a good thing he's performing because being a kraken on the bench isn't nearly as impressive. _________________

from the observer's panther blog
| Quote: | The Falcons (11-1) have clinched the NFC South title with a month left in the season. The Panthers (3-9) are within a game of owning the NFL's worst record.
Yet, Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy believes Carolina has the better team.
“There's a point where you know you're better than someone. We just didn't pull it out,” Hardy said Wednesday.
Hardy went on to say he was “not a fan of the team down the street,” adding he would take delight in spoiling the Falcons' goal of earning home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
“I'm trying to mess up their whole playoff experience. I want them to go home sick in the stomach, mad about life, a couple depression issues, all types of things,” Hardy said. “It's going to be a long day from my point of view. I'm coming.” |

we desperately need a coach with the ability to control the locker room. there is way to much chatter coming from this pathetic roster this year. _________________

Lord knows he'll have his fair share of hits on Matt. If one good thing can come out of this game, its that your constant pressure + hits might make the coaching staff at least give our highly talented rookie LT, Lamar Holmes, a chance.

| Quote: | | Greg Hardy on his conversation after last weeks game against Atlanta: "I told him politely to remove himself from our facility because it was time to go, and he actually invited me to come watch him in January," Hardy said Wednesday. "It was a nice conversation." |
| Quote: | | Panthers DE Greg Hardy on ATL K Matt Bryant trash-talking: "I really didn't know who he was. He's so small and weird-shaped I was trying figure out what he did. I had to go home and look him up on the Internet," --Hardy on Matt Bryant. |
I love Greg Hardy. _________________
