I hope this doesn't mean Belichick does something stupid like making Welker the full-time PR. _________________

Edelman has been so good this year. It's a real shame he seems incapable of staying healthy. Guy would have been a real difference maker for our title run. He's a beast st player and probably our second best wideout. _________________

Mike Reiss just pointed out that this is Edelman's contract year, though, so if there is a bright side to him missing time consistently this year, it'll be easier to keep him in New England.
Which I think would be one of the only things this entire forum is in agreement with. _________________ Yo, is that time machine done yet? |

We 100% need to lock him up. Honestly I'd rather pay him three years 12-15 mill than welker 3 years 21 mill. Scary prospect given his health but dynamic sts player, good receiver, emergency defender _________________

If BB signs Edelman to 3 year 5mil/per contract its time to wheel him into a home. _________________

Who else is going to do it? As far as I know, Welker is really the only option unless you're just lining a guy up and telling him to fair catch (if no defenders are around) or let it go (if the coverage is on top of him) |

He was a pretty decent punt returner at Northwestern. _________________
