Seriously I've never seen anyone as wrong as you all the time. The fact that you have knocked Skip Bayless off that perch has brought great shame upon this website. |

We’ve got professional people who are experts in this area to help you. Everybody’s got my cell phone. They’ve got all their position coaches’ cell phone numbers. Just call us. Players, watch out for each other if you see something that doesn’t look right or feel right, because you never know. Some guys might just have a feeling that I’ve got to handle it myself, I don’t want anybody else to know. Somehow, someway, you’ve got to break through that.”
Garrett said cornerback Brandon Carr, who spent his first four years in Kansas City before joining the Cowboys this year, knew the deceased player well and did a good job of getting himself ready to play as best he could.
The suicide of Belcher touched Carr most directly, but Garrett said everyone felt its effect.

| Quote: | •Jason Garrett in his post-game news conference, spoke of how Doug Free just had to find a way to battle through the troubles that he was going through in the first half of the game Sunday night. When Free is bad, he is usually bad with his technique and in this case, he was really bad. There were too many times that instead of punching the rusher with his hands, he was catching his man which is something that he can’t do because he doesn’t have enough power in his lower body to sit down on his man unless he can stop his charge. Free can put himself into position with his feet and his set but when he doesn’t extend on his man, he has no shot at all. When the rusher gets into his body, he gets much too high and off balance

And Dez, thank you. Pretty remarkable that over the last 4 games he has had some many TDs and how 8 games before he only had 2. He's tied for 4th in TD's right now. And top 10 in Yards. As well as top 10 in Rec (even after all the drops) while not being in top 10 in targets.
Drastic improvement. _________________

You give them an opportunity to play more and some guys expose themselves and some guys rise up and become better players and prove to you that, ‘Hey, I can be a starter in this league.’ I think he’s shown that."

This quote is from Garrett. Really gives me more hope that we'll finally trade Ratliff and let a true NT start. I so hope that we pick up an extra 2nd rounder! offcourse it will cost us more then just Ratliff, but it defintly will get cheaper. Just hoping that the Broncos don't get too late a pick.. Will be rooting for their D line to loose a couple of games for them here in the last part of the season.

Wowzers.
More remarkable - all his scores have come in the second half of games, so when we need to score. _________________

Are 7pts in the 4th qtr more valuable than 7pts in the 1st? _________________

Remind me the last time someone talked about clutchness in the first QT. _________________

You're talking to the wrong guy if you want to bring up clutchness _________________

You really don't think there is added pressure near the end of games? You don't think Kickers feel it more when it all comes down to them? _________________

Show me a kicker who was great all the time but missed most of his game tying or game winning kicks.
Show me a QB who was great most of the game but always terrible in the final 2 minutes when behind.
Great players are great most of the time and bad players are bad most of the time. If I'm down 4pts with 2 mins left and 80 yards to go, I'll take the best QB in the NFL, not the "clutch" QB _________________
