He also said Ryan misses a number of passes, so it wasn't like he let Lindley off the hook. And maybe Whiz is right, maybe we didn't do enough to help him. Somers stated that coaches told him a few guys AGAIN ran incorrect routes. We certainly didn't have a running game... _________________

It is a trickle up affect though. The reason the receivers are running the wrong routes can be traces to the WR coach, the WR coach who was hand picked to join the staff by Ken Whisenhunt. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Yup. Can't argue with that. _________________

And the fact that he went out and hired a former NFL QB with more experience as a QB coach than WR's coach. And to be honest his 2011 year as the WR's coach in Indianapolis is not really something that stand out given that Wayne, Collie and Garcon were pretty well established at the position.
One thing I think Ken has done very poorly is assemble an offensive coaching staff around him, particularily after his first couple of years.
Early on guys like Carthon and Haley were good. Miller did a heck of a job with WR's.
Curtis Modkins did a solid job of coaching RB's when Carthon left. But since then;
Miller and McNulty have both been poor at QB's coach. Tommie Robinson has been bad at RB's coach. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Just thinking about it but the way Whiz called the game and his post game presser, Whiz knows his fate. Only thought I can think about there.
Either he knows end of the season he is gone and is trying to get evaluational for them(Lindley) on film or he knows he is back and is trying to build for himself _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.
