It would be kind of ironic if he injured himself going for that 63 yarder to tie the record.
Hope he gets some rest. If it truly is an injury, bringing in kickers makes more sense now than him missing more often at 50+ yarders. _________________

I don't like the look of this. Yeah Akers has missed some crucial field goals but I guess I'm just hoping our offense has improved enough to the point we aren't as absurdly reliant on them like we were last year. Plus I'm not convinced either of these guys are better than Akers is.
Also why would we sign Cundiff considering he just cost his brother a trip to a superbowl? |

I don't think any player on the Niners will sit out after the Smith situation . You better believe if they have a concussion they will hide it from now on. _________________

It might be a (pre)game time decision. I think there's still a spot open on the roster. If Akers is good to go, we promote someone from the PS. If not, we sign Cundiff... NOT! Got you! Hopefully it's Kaeding. _________________

Indeed he was. | yeah, he needs to stay away. He can't kick anything over 40 really from what I've seen watching the Skins this year. _________________

I heard he kicked one of his car's tires... the car went wide left. _________________

| With Kyle Wilson injured, Billy Cundiff should be able to fill his role nicely. |

Never would've thought you'd be one to ignore the special teams. This is actually pretty shocking. I just don't know what I can believe anymore. _________________

I was young. I'm talking about Madden 05, or something like that. _________________
