I just got a text tonight that ILB Rolando McClain is expected to be cut by the Oakland Raiders on Thursday. I know that we do not really need an ILB but Dansby has been playing injured.
On a side note, is he that bad that the Raiders can afford to cut him this late into the season? _________________

I live out in the bay area and yes he is that bad. Soft and he is one of the worst coverage linebackers in the NFL. |

I don't think he is that bad. I just think he is tire of being on a horrible team. I would love it if the Dolphins took a chance on him. Might do the kid some good to learn under Dansby. _________________ WR3CK 3M T3CH

He's more suited to a 3-4 defense, he has been inept in Oakland's 4-3 defense. I don't see the Dolphins putting a claim for him. _________________ With much cheese,

He's been horrible but Oakland hasn't helped either. |

I'll go ahead and chalk this one up as a hit for me on my historical "Love/Hate" of draft prospects. I hated him as a player coming out. _________________ -Proud 2011 Inductee to FF's Miami Dolphins RoH

He hasnt looked good but neither have the Raiders. I think it would be a nice pickup. Maybe he can learn under Dansby and eventually take over. He is still young that it might be worth a look. _________________

Was that story true about him holding a gun to some guys head outside a club true?
I remember thinking that as "off the field issues" go, that's probably up there. |

Loved this guy comming out, but id stay far far away.
He's slow, takes bad angles, and hits the wrong gap more often than not.
Not to mention his off the field issue that was caught on tape. _________________
