| Quote: | One goal that NFL fanatic Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has for his city is to one day bring a Super Bowl the Mile High City, and steps are being made to do just that.
The Denver Broncos and Visit Denver in late August submitted an application to the National Football League's Super Bowl Advisory Committee to bid to host the Super Bowl in 2018, 2019 or 2020.

Then both the teams would have to get accimmated to the high elevation. _________________

It would be interesting if they did get it. It could be anywhere from 60 and sunny before kickoff to freezing and snowy. I don't see it happening. Worth a shot I suppose. _________________ GO BRONCOS! |

Its going to depend on how the Super Bowl goes in NYC. Denver wont get the bid till after that event.
Would be cool to have it there. A lot of different variables for the teams to play in. Peyton Manning choosing Denver may play a part in that. Going from the dome to Denver was a big task for him and he proved its not a tough place to play in. These next two months on him physically will be fun to watch. _________________

I hope NY one goes really well. I want some snowstorms. Cold weather games would be awesome for super bowl. _________________

I think this would be awesome!
I'm sure the only real concern would be the weather. Denver has an awesome downtown area with lots to do, plenty of hotel space, mountain activities just an hour away, etc.
But, like Winder23 said, it could be clear, mild and sunny or could be 10, snowy and windy. _________________ big_palooka:
