Packers OT Derek Sherrod to I.R.

Packers OT Derek Sherrod will have his season ended by being place on IR for the second year in a row. Sherrod was the 32nd pick in the 2011 draft. Sherrod was pressed into service at Kansas City last year when Bryan Bulaga hurt his knee early in the game, later on Tamba Hali blew past Marshall Newhouse and dove for Aaron Rodgers and rolled up on Derek Sherrod breaking his leg badly, something he is still recovering from.

He'll be back next year strong and ready to go. Usually takes a year and a half to recover from that particular break apparently.

We have such bad luck, our OL is beat up and we have two first round OL on IR

such a shame he hasnt had a good career since being drafted. Injuries are ruining his chances, but he is still young. Good luck Sherrod!
