It has been a long time since one of these has been held so I think it is past time.
Basic Rules:
- Need to have been a member for at least 6 month or have 500 posts to be nominated
- Can only be voted in once
- Have to receive at least 3 votes to get in
- A maximum of 3 members will be allowed in per ballot in case of a tie we will have a second final voting run off.
The first step in this process is to nominate good, quality posters you think should be recognized. Each poster will nominate two posters to be moved on to final voting. You will have 72 hours to get the nominations in. YOU CANNOT NOMINATE YOURSELF! ALL NOMINATIONS ARE TO BE PMed TO ME SO NO ONE KNOWS WHO NOMINATED WHO!
The second step will be the final voting process. This stage will also be open 72 hours after it's opened.
Nominations are to be PMed to me by 10:00 PM Eastern Time November 27th!
