Probably a concussion, but hopefully he's fine and was just kept out with the game already in hand. |

Edelman needs to take a few pointers from Wes about when and when not to take a huge hit like that. I like the fact that he is "scrappy" but at that point in the game you don't need to launch yourself headfirst. _________________

Agree. I always get chills when I see Edelman take big hits. _________________

That hit was ridiculously dirty. I understand that it isn't "illegal" by the NFL rules definition....but he lead with the crown of his helmet specifically targeting Edelman's head. Dirty as [inappropriate/removed].
Pretty disgusting. |

Edelman had been playing out of his mind. Big time contributor on both STs and offense, and obviously he has experience playing emergency DB.
If Edelman had been able to stay healthy this season, I would say Welker was definitely gone. But he keeps getting his bell rung, so who knows.
That night he was tweeting a lot and reports were he was in the locker room post game so I'm cautiously optimistic that he'll be good to go next weekend. _________________

Yeah he was in the locker room. I was watching BB's post game speech in the locker room on the news and I saw Edelman in the background |
