Yeah that's part of the problem with our staff. We don't really know how our RB's are going to be utilized from week to week. I imagine that since Spiller "silenced the critics" last week (according to him at least), he'll get the bulk of the carries.
If it's a fantasy question, personally I'd sit Jackson this week.

Your looking at it from 1 side. Not knowing how many carries each back gets is a good thing. Opponents wont know who is getting the ball. Last week it got obvious we were going to give it to CH and that was a big reason why Miami started to make a comeback.

Depends on who else you have, but I would still start the guy in fantasy. He will get all the passing, short yardage and most importantly goal line snaps.

Jackson will get looks in the passing game too. Looks like Bryce Brown will start for Philly though. I'd start Brown in this situation. Freddy is coming off a concussion and CJ is a beast.
