Drafting Matt Barkley is the Thanksgiving equivalent of someone taking the last roll as you reach to get it, only getting some pieces of slimy dark turkey meat, a total lack of mashed potatoes, and the only pie in sight is pecan....in other words I wouldn't be happy.
Now if we are talking quality all around, apple/cherry pie, more hot rolls midway through the meal, getting a leg, coming out on top in breaking the wishbone....that'd be Drafting Lewan or better yet Joeckel if we could.... _________________

In that situation I would like the Eagles to entertain a trade down, but if that's not possible, then Barkley is an ok pick. _________________

The Rams need play makers on both sides of the ball. I don't see them passing on a WR like Allen. That being said the Rams line has had injury issues and I think the rest of the year is an audition for those guys. Just can't see Fisher taking two linemen in the 1st round. Likely to see something like Warmack and Allen. Even a trade down at least once could happen. _________________

| I like the positon or the Steelers pick. Still haven't made my mind up on the player. He may be way too tall to play OLB. |

That's what I think as well. I think he would be better suited in a 4-3. _________________
