He averages a fumble like every five games or something like that. But he also averages 12 yards a return for his career. Good and bad. We'll see how he does. _________________

I don't get why we don't activate Michael smith and put him back there |

I know he's had reps at returning kicks, but what about punts? _________________

| Roscoe Parrish is also able to stretch the field with his speed. I'm not saying he is a starting receiver but they would have to respect his speed. If they put him out on the field a couple of plays. |

So apparently we've already released Charleston and signed TE Nate Byham. _________________

Here's the link.
Apparently Byham is a great run blocker. That would be at least one positive trait about any of our TEs.
Charleston didn't play a single down for us against Washington. Looks like we'll be rolling with Johnson and Te'o-Whatever. _________________

So. Yeah. I consider ET a credible source. And his source? Probably, yeah.

Good for him. 29-30 years old, has his health, made his money. _________________

Eh I don't have a problem with him. He has taken his share of penalties and then some, wasn't a very good player and we will be better off without him but you never heard that he didn't work hard, never had a dui, beat his girl, not a problem in the locker room yada yada. _________________

I don't hate the guy. He had a couple seasons where he was pretty damn good, sans the stupid penalties. Then he fell off. He, for whatever reason, lost his ability in the run game and became even worse as a pass blocker.
Maybe his head's not in it? Either way, he's lucky to be able to retire (if this is all true) with good health. He just doesn't seem to be the guy he used to be. _________________

Morgan is an undersized pass-rush specialist. He apparently had 6 other offers on the table before signing with us. _________________

I found this. It's obviously pretty old. Small school, very raw prospect.
According to this he's 250lbs now. So he's bulked up a little bit. _________________

Benn to IR, we signed David Douglas, wideout.
Looked him up, he was an undrafted guy from Arizona. 6'2, 206 pounds, runs a mid 4.4 to low 4.5 forty, 37" vert, and apparently great hands and blocking skills according to Tom Coughlin who had him in camp. _________________
