How do you think Kobe is going to react and how do you think the fans are going to react if it is not Phil? |
Well right now it's his job to lose. They need to do what they can to keep Kobe happy and make sure Howard wants to resign with the team. It's looking like he will come back as well as there are reports he is asking people if they would be interested in joining him. _________________

Dwight and Gasol both would work well with the pick and rolls. D'Antoni needs to make sure that the ball is in Nash's hands more on offense. He is so good at setting people up, that they all just need to understand that he we put them in a good position to score. _________________

Pick n' roll city... | Yeah, best PNR big with the best PNR guard, that's easy buckets for Dwight.
Also, block a few shots after Nash and Kobe get beat on defense. |

Bring in a guy who ignores defense and plays an up tempo pick n roll game based around a big and a point guard.
Kobe being left out in the cold. He is not going to like not having the offense run via him. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Its going to Days of Our lives type stuff, might have to follow NBA more closely in coming months.
Lakers are not my team at all. |

Never in his career has he had to work with a point guard of Nash's calibur. Kobe is going to have to be more of a get open off the ball, catch and shoot type guy. I'm sure as long as they are winning, he won't be too upset. Definitely a change though. _________________

I wish I had some actual hard evidence of this, but Patrick Peterson is among the best 5-8 Cornerbacks in the NFL. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

I highly doubt that. But the point had nothing to with saying those two are better. Just pointing out some ridiculous numbers thru 1.5 seasons. _________________

1 - Why
