I would say he's going to get a good bit of work. At least 10 carries IMO. Remember, he's been practicing for 2-3 weeks and I remember him saying he felt ready a month ago but couldn't get back due to the new IR rule. I think his health is gonna be as good as it's been in awhile. Rust could play a factor though. I think with his past success against the Rams and Whiz's desperation to jump start the offense while taking pressure off Lindley/Skelton means he'll be a big factor in our plans. Just my take.
I get what you mean though. If the Rams jump ahead quickly we'll have to resort to passing the ball which means less carries for Beanie. |

Figured I'd just sneak this in here since it's an already existing thread. Beanie Wells was officially activated off the designated to return IR. To make room, the team has released OLB Jamaal Westerman.

If you're asking for fantasy purposes, he'll be a nice #3 RB option and #2 if you're desperate. Don't expect him to light it up, though. Our schedule won't allow our run game to do anything and we suck -- so we'll be passing 90% of the game. |
