By the way, for guys who routinely break diets because they need their sweet fix, try buying Yoplait light yogurt. They're 100 calories and they're freaking delicious, you can get some crazy good flavors like boston creme pie and key lime pie. You get the taste of desert for an 8th of the calories, it definitely helps me keep on the right track when I'm sick of eating broccoli, chicken breast and almonds _________________

Having trouble getting back to dieting and working out. Still weigh the same though (280) and still have my goal of 220. Going to start up probably after thanksgiving. Want to lose that 60LBs by June. 6 months to lose 60LBs. Very doable. _________________

So hopefully I'll start progressing again. _________________

Nice job you guys. I am down 9 pounds since Oct 1st. Figured that was a good date to recommit. It was the first of a month, and a Monday. Could be a little more since my batteries recently died and I ordered some on amazon.
But yeah, been tracking all my food, and been eating around 1300 calories a day. I better have lost more once I get those new batteries in my scale. lol _________________

Started the Vi Shakes around 3 weeks ago, I have lost around 9 pounds thus far drinking 2 shakes a day and a decent dinner. I would probably have more if I did not allow myself a day off on Sunday, to eat what I want. _________________

Just browsed over a few pages. Congrats to all those making a conscious decision to improve their health and overall well-being. There are so many ways to lose weight and get fit. So many exercise regiments and dietary choices that can lead to success. Yet the at the root of it all, it is a matter of will. Find something that motivates you and use that as a tool to stay committed. Over the past 4-5 months Ive dropped over 20lbs from 208 to 182lbs. I haven't been this fit since I was wrestling in college, and I haven't felt this good in at least 6yrs.
Keep up the good work.

Try keeping your heart-rate raised when you are on the elliptical. _________________
