Ray Edwards cut by Falcons

Ray Edwards was just cut by the Atlanta Falcons. This guy is a physical specimen to say the least. We have troubles in are D-Line, especially our DE. I remember that people wanted to bring him in before he went to Atlanta. He is a 4-3 DE who can get some pressure and I think be effective in a rotation. His sacks in Minn could have been inflated due to Allen, but it couldn't hurt to bring him in. I would love to address DE in the draft too so idk.... I am not sure if the Titans can sign him and bring him in now or if could only be signed for next year? I understand he got cut for character issues, but this isn't a guy who has been notoriously out of line before. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery?

Thoughts?

If we want him to do any pass rushing, we might as well sign me. There's a reason he got cut. He's one dimensional.
