Cleveland has an outstanding o-line, GD. Why? Because they invested multiple high round draft picks on it. Their o-line has been solid for years, but their skill position players had been trash.

Wait a second. You mean a team invested multiple high round picks in their offensive line? I thought that was unheard of.

Yeah. I know their Oline is good, but they're qb and receivers suck.

The o-line makes them better. That's the point.

Did I hear that Tyrone Smith is out?......Jerry, since Mike Holgrem is in the stadium, might as well give him the playbook now, so he can get a heads up for when he gets the job Monday........We wish.

Yes they have and how many playoff wins do they have in the last 10 years because of that???

And how many do we have again?

you haven't started already? Wow

Nah,I tend to have the mindset of not out until we're out.

But if we can't beat the Cleveland Browns, this team sucks.

LOL @ this O-line.

So did Romo have time to throw that ball away?

And what a [inappropriate/removed] play by Dez to not get the first down.

Don't act like a tool. I know you're smarter than that.

If Romo is out of the pocket, he needs to throw the ball away... before he get killed and is out for the season

I'll stop being a tool when you start looking at things realistically.

Romo has his issues and is not a god but his improvision gives us the best chance for a positive play more time than not. It's easy to sit back and say throw the ball away when your running for your life and somebody has to make a play.

You go ahead and keep being a tool then. Keep thinking that it's a great idea for Romo to constantly try to do too much and watch him get badly injured

So...did you see that sack....how am I being a tool. He's going to get injured regardlessy. His movement in the pocket is the only thing at thispoint that gives this offense hope.

Do you want to explain to me how he would throw the ball away after the swinging gate that free is let his man get by almost untouched,.

If Romo is outside of the pocket and nobody is open he should throw the ball away. I was talking about the play when he was outside the pocket and got sacked. It's not that hard to understand.

I know/realize which play you are/were referring too. But again, it's easy to say "just throw the ball away" when you have to almost run in circles to be able to find a split second to be facing the line of scrimmage and facing forward.

Doug Free - what the heck happened to you bud? You were so good in 2010 but have been absolute garbage ever since. Got paid and stopped caring?

Surprise, surprise. Seems to be a habit.

Gee, it'd be nice if we didn't have a GM who was so willing to open that checkbook after one season of good play.

Free has been very disappointing but I seem to recall many of us being happy when we resigned him.

I certainly thought he had turned a corner and proven himself after having a -great- season at LT. Landing him for solid RT money but not elite LT money was also a good bargain at the time - not sure what one can do about it at this point though. Hire a psychologist and figure out who stops caring once they get paid?

Des, I don't understand why this happens to Dallas. It's like the players come to Dallas to only perform for that big paycheck and then stink it up after.

You do realize the ball has to make it back to the line of scrimmage and also not be errant and get intercepted

Sometimes that can be hard to do when your busy running for your life and off balance from constantly changing direction avoiding defenders

Hire a GM who actually can recognize football talent

I'm not watching the game today, but I will just add this observation:

Guys, we should all know why we're losing today, right? Because all of a sudden there are stakes in a mid-to-late season game. All of a sudden the Giants seem to be faltering and we are gaining ground in a week division. So, in other words, there are EXPECTATIONS. And what has this organization done for the last decade when there are expectations and potential for success? They fold. Spectacularly.

And here is, right on schedule. Like clockwork. You couldn't tell time better with a Swiss train or Greenwhich mean time itself.

Not the least bit surprised. 5-11.

Parnell is actually better than Free at this point

All I want to see in the 2nd is for Garrett to use his players and not his system, this O-Line can't block,so stop trying to use the long routes.

On defense I don't want to see these 3 man rushes all the time and our pass-rushers in coverage.
