S'alright. Even though you did say we could build around him on defense. Watch Graham juke him and Wheels go face-first into the turf. After last game there's only a couple who'd want him resigned. I don't mind as long as its a backup role. I was excited when we first signed him. Then I started seeing his coverage skills vs the Lions in prereason and got a bit worried. Its slowly cone to surface each game. He wiffs worse than anybody on the D. |
To clarify, I didn't mean build around him in the sense he's a great player. Simply that he's a role player teams need and one of the players worth keeping around while the majority need replaced. Build WITH him may be more accurate a statement.

That simple, all the Al lovers are gonna say he made a great pick. The Haters will point out the one mistake he had and expound on how in the long run it will be a big weakness but the rest of us are too dumb/drinking the kool-aid to notice it. |

Our defense improved a lot about the last three weeks and our red zone defense is great (we beat the falcons )
Really interesting game, but we've only lost 1 of our last 5 games and Chris Ivory and Mark Ingram are running all over opposing defenses. Don't know how good you run defense is, but with Sproles likely coming back, our offense should be nearly unstoppable.
Really looking forward to this game, but I see us winning 34-24! |

The only thing I hope is that Moore or Colston scores some of those, and Graham doesn't..for fantasy purposes. |

Yea, that's the right direction. Saints were favored by 6, now it's by 4. They move the lines closer together if they get a large amount of bets on a favorite.

You are incorrect NB. If the general public is betting the favorite the spread grows to encourage people to bet the other side hence this line SHOULD read +9. I used to bet a lot I'm just not into it this year. I'm not trying build false hopes but obviously someone likes the home dog, which in most cases would be a good bet. |
We're obviously thinking the same thing. I must have my numbers mixed up. It's been so long since I've placed gameday bets on NFL games.
