^I certainly wouldn't start there, but would be willing to go that high as a best and final offer type of deal. I really think we could get him for at least $3-5MM overall less then that, at least.

Yeah that was more of a final, get-to-sign offer. LOL, $3-$5 million less? Damn, nitpicking, huh? Again, I think the Brown deal is the ballpark not the Penn deal.
