You had a good game CJ, but seriously... COME ON MAAAAN!!!!! |
I don't really have a problem with it, we need players on this team with swagger. _________________

Swagger or not, he could at least recognize that it was a good win for the team before he starts talking himself up. Really annoying. Typical of younger athletes these days though. _________________

Thats fair. But i think he was mostly caught up in the moment, all the fans screaming his name, his first time being on a live stage for an interview probably got to him a bit. I'd like to see his post game press conference to see if he is more humble. _________________

Wanna know something funny? If we win next week against the Colts, we are one game out of the playoffs... With an easy schedule the rest of the way too. Since the bye week I am liking what I'm seeing. Only lost by 12 to Houston at Houston and only lost by 6 to NE at NE. Now this week our D looked stout and Spiller looked solid. If the AFC wasn't so bad this year I wouldn't feel as confident but considering that the Colts lose to the Pats and then we can win against the Colts, we would only be a single game out of the wildcard. A little optimism? _________________

Yeah, I thought CJ was a little more humble than that.
Honestly I thought Byrd deserved the postgame interview. _________________

I have no problem with the interview.. He was arguably our best player last night. |

I wasn't aware Spiller had any critics at this point? _________________

I don't understand why the Bills kept using Tashard Choice the closer they got to the endzone, and also on a crucial 3rd and 1. _________________

good game guys. I didn't watch all of it due to working overnights, but from what I saw you were the better team. _________________

Who do you guys think for player of the game? I'm thinking Jairus Byrd, he had a great game all-around. The defense actually won the game for us this week. The Bills even finally got to break out their Super Mario animation on the scoreboard. I'm not sure what Gailey has been thinking on offense, Buffalo has not had an offensive touchdown in two of their last three games. _________________

jb, I'd have to say the player of the game was Byrd. He was a man-imal last night. I really hope we tag/resign him. That INT was incredible.
Other thoughts from last night:
-Get rid of the darn WILDCAT!!! It's baffling the play calls Gailey comes up with in these short yardage situations. Stop getting cute. Please.
-Redzone offense is DEFINITELY missing #86.
-Give CJ the ball. This kid is just fun to watch. And stop taking him out on third downs. If you're going to go 5 wide on 3rd and 1, at least have CJ on the field as an option underneath lol. Make them respect the threat he poses.
-Leodis is great on specials, we all know that, but he looked good in coverage last night as well. I guess the secondary will always look better when your front is doing its job though. McKelvin is having a great year in the return game thus far. _________________

Agreed. It worked for one year for one team.

Agreed. 3rd and 1 and they give it to Choice? No Spiller on the field in the redzone? Crazy.

He has been playing really hard and with a lot of swagger this season. I'd like to see him more on defense to be honest. _________________

Could someone please explain to me why everyone is calling the Wildcat, cute? It is the opposite of cute. The point of it is to bring and extra linemen and smash the ball up the middle without having a delay to hand the ball off. Physical, gritty teams are the ones that run the Wildcat well. There is nothing cute about it.
We only use it like once a game. If that... _________________
