Robbie Gould is the best Bears kicker?? Arggh, not even close.

1. George Blanda
2. Kevin Butler
3. Bob Thomas

And Cutler needs to sit this week. Jason Campbell should play QB. Bears win.

George Blanda:

Field Goals Made 335
Field Goals attempted 641
Field Goal % 52.3

Kevin Butler:

Field goals made 265
Field goals attempted 361
Field goal % 73.4
Long field goal 55

Robbie Gould:

Field Goals Made 189
Field Goals Attempted 220
Field Goals % 85.9
Long Field Goal 57

Hate to break it to ya, but Robbie's numbers are better across the board in every category. He's the best kicker the Bears have ever had.

You gotta remember, just because someone played 30 or 60 years ago and you have warm, fuzzy memories of listening to them on the radio doesn't mean they would stack up a hill of beans against players today.

Robbie is second in pts scored to Butthead. He has topped him in scoring in consecutive games. Eventually he will have almost all the Bears records for a kicker.

Thomas and Butler were both terrific kickers but Robbie is better.
