I hate you guys. |
One of these days it'll come true right? Right?
Right? |

Hey... it's just improving the payout and odds I get in Vegas for my annual "They Win the Super Bowl" bet I place every year following the Super Bowl. Either way, at the rate things are going I can keep making the bet into 2015 before I wouldn't make enough to turn a profit on the bets, since the start, on the whole. _________________

Well... I'd add two caveats to that argument. Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.
Do I think that either would be performing so out of this worlld in the same conditions Rivers has been in that they would have overcome the shortcomings the team has had the past couple years? Probably not. However, both of them are a little less of the "people-pleaser" that Rivers is; Phil doesn't want to be the one to rock the boat, rather to be the good little soldier and if he has to take more load on his shoulders then that's what he'll do.
I'm fairly confident that both Brady and Rodgers would have, through appropriate channels, made their displeasure with the coaching and how the team was being assembled/run by now. They would have pushed to have necessary change enacted sooner. And not having done that is on Philip. _________________

It'd be extremely stupid to get rid of Philip. If he had a good line and was playing like this? Maybe. But his line sucks something fierce. _________________

I ate him. Sorry... food was scarce. I came home from the bars drunk and didn't dare wake the wife up to make me a grilled cheese sammich cuz she's pregnant, so KOS has to suffice. _________________

| I haven't watched enough of their games to really comment on Rivers, but who do they have that's better? |

They should do a house cleaning. Smith, Turner, Rivers, Pass catchers, Oline, DBs (-weddle), LBers (-Butler). Their DL is the only group that's young enough to take into the next regime. |
Rivers runs like a 10.5 40, Al woulden't even think about trading for him |
Yeah, Al had linemen faster than Rivers. |
Al is faster than Rivers. |
Still. _________________
