|
|
|
We've been focusing on personality and the personality "types," based on the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MTBI), a lot in my psychology class lately. I thought it'd be interesting to see what type of people lurk here on FF.
Here are a few tests, the longer ones will probably be more accurate but they're also more time consuming. Then again if your on FF, you have time.
http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp 72 questions
http://kisa.ca/personality/ (45ish questions)
http://www.41q.com/ 41 questions (...how'd you know?)
http://www.personalitypathways.com/type_inventory.html 4 questions (I don't like this one because your basically consciously picking your personality rather than honestly answering questions without knowing what results your answer will yield)
Each of these tests are based on the MTBI and Jung tests and follow the principles of them and will give you 1 of 16 possible results, keep in mind none are actually qualified as MTBI tests because you'd likely have to pay for that and it's done in person. For a description of your results, you can go here. An explanation on the MTBI and it's intentions can be found here.
My personality type was ENTP, curious to see what the majority of FF is. |

Borderline INFP/ENFP. Took two different tests recently and got both results. I'd say I am slightly more introverted than extroverted though so I went with INFP. |

ENFJ
Popular and sensitive, with outstanding people skills. Externally focused, with real concern for how others think and feel. Usually dislike being alone. They see everything from the human angle and dislike impersonal analysis. Very effective at managing people issues and leading group discussions. I'm just Jerry.
EDIT: Did the 41 question one, it said I'm an "Analytical Thinker".
Reading the description, it holds pretty true and makes a lot sense. _________________

That's actually the one thing I like about this type of test, there really is no best. Read each description and you'd see they're equally positive and whichever answer you get you'll walk away with a little self esteem boost |
