For dinner go to the restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere if you've got quite a bit of coin. The restaurant Cabo Wabo is cheap with generous portions for the price and its over by Planet Hollywood. I know Planet Hollywood and the medieval one have places that serve breakfast 24/7 for a reasonable price.
