As we stand seven weeks into the season, which players stand the best chance of representing the Jets in the Pro Bowl?
Very Good Chance
CB Antonio Cromartie
C Nick Mangold
DE Muhammad Wilkerson
Decent Chance
K Nick Folk
KR Joe McKnight
Small Chance
LB David Harris
WR Jeremy Kerley
LT D'Brickashaw Ferguson
S LaRon Landry
What do you think? _________________

What games have you been watching in which D'Brickashaw Ferguson should have a small chance at the Pro Bowl? Guy is not even a top 10 LT. Everyone else with I agree with, but either way the pro bowl means nothing to me, and the game itself is unwatchable. I care about who make "ALL PRO". _________________

He has been good in the past two games, but still not Pro Bowl caliber for the season thus far. However, if he keeps this up for the rest of the season, he could have a chance. _________________

Yeah well see. Ive been really disappointed in him the past two years overall though. I think hes a bit overrated. Doesn't run block well and hasnt really been his self pass blocking either. Guy has to step up. _________________

The Probowl is all in the name, brick is still associated with a top LT |

Brick's actually run blocked really well as of late. He had his struggles last year, and the entire line was struggling in the first few games, but he's stepped it up. _________________

Antonio Cromartie is currently the leading vote-getter at CB.

Sadly, Nick Mangold isn't likely to make the Pro-bowl this year, unless he somehow gets in on reputation alone.
I was listening to an interview with one of the guys from PFF, who says according to their metrics, Nick Mangold for a few years was the most dominant player in the NFL at his position, and it wasn't even close. This year however, he's ranked at like the eighth best Center. New offense and new scheme no doubt have affected him, but that's quite a drop off. _________________

PFF deems Mangold, Wilkerson, and Cromartie worthy of a Pro Bowl spot. _________________

Hes just such an idiot. He doesn't use his head. If we had a true FS on this team and could just keep Landry in the box as a natural SS he'd be awesome. However he'd still committ stupid penalties. I like him and I want him to stay here(at the right price), I just want him paired with a natural FS.
I would be cool with Mangold, Cro, and Mo making it. Nobody else even comes to mind. _________________

I thought David Harris would be in the pro bowl this year, but he just hasn't been as good lately. He was one of our best players last year, so I don't know what happened. _________________

David Harris isn't a pro bowl caliber ILB. Hes great against the run but hes too slow and lacks athleticism. Hes not worth anywhere near what we pay him honestly. _________________

Nick Folk would probably be deserving. _________________

The rosters will be announced on December 26th. I think Cromartie, Mangold, and Wilkerson ( ) make it. _________________
