Even though he's going back to Carolina, I think he's new to the entire staff there. Should have a clean state and a chance to play. Wish him the best. _________________

Does anybody remember how good he was late in 2009 toward the end of the season?
Mike Gandy was either hurt, or had fallen out of favor and Bridges came in and played well against Minnesota.
Then he was money, for the most part, against Green Bay in that playoff game.
That combination of Bridges/Gandy, Wells, Sendlein, Lutui and Brown only gave up 26 sacks.
Our rushing numbers were 1,494, 4.1 ypc, 16 TDs

Kurt Warner. That was the difference. You can make a lot of tackles look good with that quick of a release. _________________

Yessir. Wells and Lutui were pretty good in protection too if I remember. _________________

Deuce was better in the run game, not the pass game. Lyle was fairly solid though. _________________

I remember him calling out Jared Allen in a non-direct way and shut him down pretty good. That game on Sunday Night vs Minny was the closest to perfect game we've might have ever played. _________________

You're darn right it was. I'm happy to say I was there, right next to "my buddy" in the expensive seats. U of P was rocking. Absolutely shut AP down. Even Mike Adams was on his game. That was just an amazing all-around day. _________________
