Gronk has an excuse, of sorts, in that he hasn't been fully healthy all season.

His bad hip is clearly giving him problems in terms of bending down to grab low balls.

And I read that he wasn't really practicing at all during the week because he physically couldn't. I hope that has improved, but it shows how talented he is to play hurt and off little to no practice reps, but still contribute a lot.

Still wish he contributed a little more in the SB Sad

It is a true testament to eh guy though, he really is an elite player and Tony G won't be the GOAT TE for very long in the grader scheme of things if Gronk continues at this level.

Dan Connolly's back injury -- off a cheap shot from Kyle Moore -- isn't believed to be serious but status for Sunday TBD.

And this is a great response:
Quote:
Have any Patriots come out and called Kyle Moore a punk yet?

This happened on the screen to Vereen with 5:03 left in the 2nd quarter. After the play was already past them, Moore approached Connolly from behind and hit him in the lower back, knocking him over.
