I like what I've been seeing from Damontre Moore.. getting better every year and now doing it against the SEC. |

Milliner is really good but I don't want to spend our 1st on a corner. Although our secondary does concern me...
If we finish 1-6 or 2-5 like I think we should be behind 9-10 teams:
1. KC - Smith
2. Jax - Joeckel
3. Car - Star
4. Cle - Jones
5. Oak - Moore
6. Phi - Milliner
7. Stl - Lewan (I think 1 of their picks will be before us)
8. Nyj - Montgomery/Werner
9. Az - Warmack
Franchise Guard? Sounds crazy that early but we could have our Carl Nicks... I think Buffalo could pick before us and maybe the Rams' other #1 _________________

Why is Jacksonville going Tackle? Eugene Munroe is among the best LT's in the league, are they drafting Joeckel at #2 to be a RT, a position he has never played? _________________

Wait when did that happen? So what do they do at #2... _________________

1. Monroe's been pretty good for a quite some time.
2. What they do is take the consensus 2-3 prospects, Star Lotulelei or Jonathan Hankins (Who you don't have listed, for some reason). They could just as easily take Damontre Moore too. That team is in the 20s in rushing yards allowed and they're dead last in the league in quarterback sacks with just 10. 4-3 team, they need all the D-line help they can get. |

They don't compare at all. 2 very different players. As far as who's better, even though I think a lot of people will disagree, I say Kuechly by a really wide margin. Simply put Kuechly's much more athletic and can do so much more for a team defensively than Teo can. Better rusher, better in coverage, better sideline-to-sideline. Just an overall better player IMHO. Teo's a good player and a good fit for the spot we'd ask him to play but as an overall player he's becoming wildly overrated. Watched a couple of his tapes from the link Khodder gave and I see some very real flaws in his game. |

They have slightly different games but I would still go with Kuechly. He can call the defensive plays, is a super efficient tackler, and timed very well at the combine. I'm not sure Te'o compares as well in those categories. _________________ Favorite 2015 Prospects: Tyler Lockett WR, Tevin Coleman RB, Laken Tomlinson OG, Shaq Thompson LB, Nate Orchard OLB |

I'm not really sure of your Jets pick either. Montgomery's a struggle for me as a 3-4 OLB and I'll take DJ's opinion on Werner/anyone from FSU over most anybodies. Neither guy can play 3-4 end and besides, they've already taken Wilkerson and Coples in back-to-back drafts. I don't see that pick personally. With that order, here's how I see it going:
1. Kansas City-Geno Smith, QB West Virginia
2. Jacksonville- Jonathan Hankins, DT Ohio State
3. Carolina-Star Lotulelei, DT Utah
4. Cleveland: Damontre Moore, DE Texas A&M
5. Oakland: Luke Joeckel, OT Texas A&M
6. Philadelphia: Dee Milliner, CB Alabama
7. St. Louis: Taylor Lewan, OT Michigan
8. New York Jets: Jarvis Jones, OLB Georgia
As for our pick, I like lots of guys there. Warmack would be just fine with me. |

Yea, i figured he didn't much compare in terms of the quality of the player. Mayock said point blank a year ago that he was the best LB prospect he'd seen in a decade. That being Kuechly. _________________

I'm not sure if I'd personally go that far but ya, Kuechly's the better player pretty clearly IMO. |

I like Lewan. Said it a few times now, very good player with tons of upside. Incredibly nasty, great work ethic, solid in both phases even if he's a better run blocker right now than he is in the pass game. Just a very good prospect with the talent to go much further. He'd make a helluva pick for this team. And yes, I like him a lot more than Mingo. |
I don't know much about Lewan so I can't add much to the analysis except to say he grew up in the valley - so he may like to come back and play for his hometown team. |
