Ummm...who do I need to pay that $75 to?

The "Ramsfan28 got intoxicated and fell asleep on a subway on the most Eastern point of New York City and he's a big hypocrite" fund. We are currently accepting donations of Jameson as well, and you can pay your fine in bottles of Jameson.
