Tom Heckert keeps his job.
Shumer is fired, Jauron and defensive staff for the most part retain there jobs. Maybe some minor changes on that side of the ball.
New coach Gruden. I know some will hate this. I love it and have been saying for ages he will be our coach next year.
Onto the draft
1 jarvis jones OLB Georgia
3 John Simon DE Ohio State
4 Johnny Adams CB Michigan ST
5 Prentiss Wagner S Tennesse
6 Zach Boren FB Ohio State
7 Zach Studfeld TE Nevada
Throw in a vet starting quality G and Maybe a big spalsh at WR (Greg jennings) in FA.
Some will say Gruden will want final say in perosnal. I'm not so sure. I think he would be happy to be part of ths 4-5 man team making thosw calls that Banner is talking about being in place.
Thoughts? and If you hate the Gruden pick that's fine but what do you think of the rest of it? _________________

I love you. I love heckert and Jauron staying... I like your FA job of grabbing a OG... Garabbing a WR might not be bad... but I hate the gruden talk with the browns . It's not going to happen. Gruden is a EGO coach, he wants control, money, and a team he can take right to the playoffs.... If any tea, out there looks to have the potential to drag him away from his comfortable chair it's The Eagles. Cleveland has no shot.
I wouldn't touch jones in the draft due to his medical condition and every time I've watched hm this season he has done next to nothing the entire game till the last drive. He does not have the heart to play a full game in college so what happens in the nfl?
Overall, I like the positions you addressed but I'm not thrilled its the players selected. |

John Gruden is overrated who wins with veterans. He's not a great teacher. What young talent has he ever coached up in this league? The Raiders team he won with was a bunch of veterans brought in by Al Davis and then he took Tony Dungy's team and won it all again with a veteran QB and veteran defense. He is a good X's and O's guy, but average leader, average talent developer, and horrible talent scout.
John Simon is overrated as well. He will go the way of Mike Kudla before too long. I do think he makes it in the NFL a lot longer than Kudla and possible make a career out of it, however, only as a situational run stopper.
I've only watched Tennessee twice, but Waggner is down right awful as well. _________________
