Im not denying that Ponder didnt contribute to the loss, that isnt disputable. But to not acknowledge how pathetic the defense performed is delusional in what contributed to the teams loss to Washington. Bottom line, regardless of how poor Ponder played, the Vikings still had a shot if the defense didnt let RGIII break off a 75+ yard TD run.
I think Ponder had a more positive impact in the Washington game than he did against Seattle.
And dont bump threads to call out other members, its really not necessary and borderline rude. If a member doesnt want to participate in what has become a nauseating argument, they shouldn't have to. |

^I'm not "calling you out," I did that in case you honestly forgot that this discussion had taken place. It happens to everyone from time to time. Don't read too much into things and take them so personally. If anything, your response was outright rude. Sheesh.
I knew that the article would be a convincing piece. It's very thoroughly researched and the analyses clearly show Ponder was a major, if not the major, culprit in the debacle. Particularly that inexcusable interception he threw in the 4th when the score was 24-12 'Skins. Madieu Williams' runback made it 31-12. At that point, you can't heap it all on your defense and expect them to hold all the way through. That nail-in-the-coffin was on Ponder alone.

so now you're bumping the thread to state your own point over again when no one else is discussing it? you try to bump it by asking another guy to enter in to your own contrived conversation, and when he doesn't, you just have the conversation with yourself.
