For the Vikings:
Nix would be nice, but I think that I'd prefer Ogletree or Arthur Brown over him in the 1st.
Terrance Williams is good in the 2nd.
Good draft overall though. |

I could live with this Panthers draft. I do like Star Lotulelei in the first better though. _________________

Picks come in waves, it seems. The latest wave is the Colts selecting a NT in the first. I don't like it, because that isn't a first round need. _________________

Gotta admit i already hate the idea of taking a TE in the 1st round even when it was the best TE in the draft in Eifert. So taking a worse TE that should be available with our 2nd or 3rd pick makes me dislike this draft even more Then you add in Sims character issues and you can pretty much cancel him out as a Falcon being drafted. You have followed us every year and we have said this every year about character and so far we have been 100% correct since Dimitroff got here about character.
Tank Carradine is a very solid DE in the 2nd round and i don't mind that pick at all actually. So great choice here.
For the 1st round pick give us a legit 1st round talent at Dt in Short who im sorta surprised has dropped in your draft out of the 1st round.
Those 2 D-line picks should shore us up for a good while in the trenches. We can target RB or TE in the 3rd round and maybe even TE next year in a much stronger and talented TE class. _________________

Since we are really waiting for things to shake out in terms of which prospect goes where, Nix is a good Vikings pick, they need a DT, they can make do with average LB's if the DT play is better. Second round pick is great. _________________
