we all know the chiefs need a QB in round 1 and it looks like they will have there pick of the litter drafting 1st overall.
rd.1 matt barkley QB = alot of people like geno smith, but his draft stock has dropped a little in the last few weeks, plus i have always liked barkley better for the simple fact that he has been runnng a pro style offense for 4 years.
rd. 2 Tyler Eifert TE = we can all agree tony moeaki is not the TE of the future on this team, but he can serve as a reliable 2nd string TE. Eifert is the best TE in the draft and we can only hope he falls to the 33 overall pick.
rd. 3 Arthur Brown JR. LB = bit of a homer pick,(go cats!!!) but also fills a need. he is called the judge for a reason. javon belcher is an okay LB but it should be fairly easy for brown to subplant him at LB.
rd 4-7 need to be best player avail. other needs are ANOTHER QB in the 4th or 5th round S, DL, CB, OL |

Love the first pick.
Second pick is unrealistic and I also don't like it. We NEED a cb in the 2nd round. I'm happy with an ILB in round 3. Even if he can't start right away he should help on special teams and provide much needed ILB depth. _________________

Geno Smith/Tyler Wilson
Chase Thomas
Terry Hawthorne
Something similiar to that. I like Poyer in the 2nd, but I think Chase Thomas gives us alot of versatility at ILB. _________________

Sammy,
I like Chase Thomas also. Terry Hawthorne is an intriguing prospect as well. He is in a group of second-tier cornerbacks I am keeping an eye on (including Leon McFadden and Jamar Taylor among others).
I am really starting to like Penn State senior outside linebacker Gerald Hodges - I think he projects well to 3-4 inside linebacker similar to the role Daryl Washington plays in Arizona's defense. _________________

| Trade back to number 4 take Monti Te'o hands down thus far best defensive player in the country. Round 2 BAQB. Qbs do not have to come in the first round to be successful and this QB class is not that great at all |

1.Manti te'o finally the leader our defense has been missing.
2.Jonathan Cooper oline is a must fix and a new guard added with getting Hudson back should go along way to getting where we want to be.
3.Landry Jones kc is and should be a smash mouth run first team but you need a qb that doesnt make bad decissions and i think Landry is that guy. |

At this point they almost have to go QB in the First. I don't even care if he busts at this point, at least show us you see its a major weakness and your trying to improve. If Smith/Wilson/Barkley are off the board I could see why, but at this rate I doubt it. _________________

Love rounds 1 and 3. IMO, I would draft CB in round 2 as we now have a humongous whole there. |

I'd do this with our first three picks:
Round 1: Geno Smith, QB
Round 2: Landry Jones, QB
Round 3: Collin Klein, QB _________________

If we get the number one pick the selection will be Matt Barkley. No ifs ands or buts about it _________________

EB, I disagree. I would much rather have Geno Smith. Hell I would rather have Tyler Wilson than Barkley TBH. _________________

Yeah, me too but get a CB in round 2.....and safety instead of WR unless Bowe leaves. Also, no K-State or Arkansas players, j/k. _________________
