Best time to pick him up is during the bye week. Chiefs fans are saying hes been decent all seasom, the report is saying a bad relationship with Crennel. Sign him! We'll need him vs the Eagles _________________

We can wait till he clears waivers. Then we won't have to pay his Contract. _________________

| Looks like Routt cleared waivers. I think he's worth a look. Sadly he could probably be our number 1 corner if he's healthy. |

Even if Wilson is a little better, Routt would upgrade this secondary if he's healthy, but obviously would need a much lower contract than his last one. |

I agree! If only his huge ego translated to on field ability... |

For Routt, it would be a smart choice because you know how desperate the Redskins are in the secondary now, and you know they will be next year. It's a chance to turn a short-term gig into a long-term gig. |
kinda like the last Okland Cb lol. But im for this hes got speed for days and i feel he would be even better in off coverage _________________

| Quote: | Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports there are at least three teams interested in Routt, including the MIami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals and Detroit Lions. A San Diego writer also reported earlier there was interest from three teams as well so his agent (or someone else) is getting the word out.
Update: Miami's not interested anymore, according to the Miami Herald.

Seems like we aren't interested. That's probably best in the long run _________________

We should take notes though and cut Cedric Griffin while it makes sense. Oh that's right, it made sense all season.
He should have never made the team over Barnes and Thompson. |
Im sorry to say but our CBs are not better than him atleast Route was a top 10 defender in 09 we can atleast release Hall and try hard to sign DRC or hope Talib isnt re-signed and have Route as our nickle and dime. He might suck as a starter but I think he will glady fit as a good nickle or dime guy .
Our problem is our CBs are #3-#4 CB's not even #2 or 1. |
