| this guy has the track record . even before Peyton andthe colts he had the bills .were 3 ft missed field goal from being a dynasty . other than Ron wolf I can't think of to many more successful gm's . Let him keep Tanny as an assistant and cap guru. And what ever coach polian sees fit |

The Colts team was devoid of talent. No offensive line, no running game, aside from Harrison, Wayne, and Stokley, limited WRs, no defense. It is why once Peyton Manning was hurt, they went from guaranteed playoffs to 1st overall pick.
The talent just wasn't there for Polian. Sure he had good teams but they were mostly from no brainer picks like Peyton Manning, Edgerrin James, Bruce Smith (Bills) on a Bills team that already had future HOF Jim Kelly. _________________

Those picks weren't no brainers a lot of people liked Ryan leaf over manning , and Ricky Williams over James . If you think his time has passed that's one thing but you can't discredit his track record . Wait let's not forget building s
An expansion Carolina panther team to the NFC championship game their 2nd year of existence are you kidding me ! |

| An absolutely brilliant executive but he's old and I don't think he wants to get back into the sport on that level. |

The game passed Bill Polian by. He hadn't had a successful draft in about seven years.
We need someone who is going to get us back to the track we were on from 06-10 (and more realistically where we were in terms of team-building in 06 and 07). When Mike Tannenbaum isn't shooting for the stars, he's a wonderful general manager.
He aimed too high, and it's probably going to cost him. _________________
