this! The dude sucks!
We should take notes though and cut Cedric Griffin while it makes sense. Oh that's right, it made sense all season.
He should have never made the team over Barnes and Thompson.

I don't know Turtle. While I was not a big fan of this signing, he hasn't played that bad. I'd actually say he's probably been our best player in the secondary this year when he's been healthy.

I don't think so. Routt isn't good, been cut by two teams now. Better than Cedric Griffin, sure, but not worth paying him to be our #3 CB for 8 games because his $10m option for 2013 is going to prevent him from sticking around longer than this season.

he struggles to run and change direction like he used to do before his two acl surgeries. We really need to invest in the future of our secondary this offseason, especially in the draft because we've failed to do it in the high and mid rounds since Shan/Allen were hired and yes, prospects were there worth selecting.

They should sign him when he clears waivers.
For Routt, it would be a smart choice because you know how desperate the Redskins are in the secondary now, and you know they will be next year. It's a chance to turn a short-term gig into a long-term gig.
