Quote:
In an effort to fix some of the many problems ailing the 1-7 Chiefs, head coach Romeo Crennel announced today that he has giving up his duties as the defensive coordinator, handing them over to linebackers coach Gary Gibbs.

Interesting. Thoughts?

He should probably give up his duties as an NFL coach as well.

I'll state the obvious joke. He should remove himself from HC duties to concentrate on the defense...

At least he is focusing on one and not both.

On one day GM Scott Pioli has seen two decisions he has made this offseason (Romeo Crennel promoted as HC while retaining the DC position.....and Stanford Routt signed as the slap-in-the-face replacement for Brandon Carr) exposed as failures.

Should remove the HC tag and focus on DC. Sadly it doesn't seem like anyone is worthy of a HC job on the staff.

I would promote Daboll to the HC position. Better than him being the OC...

Don't forget electing to go with Matt Cassel instead of Kyle Orton.

Maybe Charles will actually get more than 5 carries a game now that Crennel isn't the DC. Man, I am done with Pioli and Crennel. No longer support them at all.
