Only reason I don't want to get rid of Shanny is that it may crush RG3's development. Haslett must be gone for sure. So should Shanny Jr, but he is staying as long as his father does _________________ RG3 |

Apparently he's gone after the season. Doesn't like DC. |

Y'know, Jeezy... if we win out, we'll be 10-6 and maybe we'll... Ha! Too funny! I'd be surprised if we ended better than 7-9. _________________ RIP SuperSkinFan |

Kyle | well that sucks. I know I've been harsh of Kyle in the past but I think he should stay and continue with Griffin's development. _________________ RIP SSF mike23md

Guys. Sean Payton is not going to come here. If he cannot go back to New Orleans he will go to Dallas. He has no interest of coming here.
I am not going to incite anything by saying this, but Mike Shanahan is not the coach we need. Kyle Shanahan is also not the OC that we need right now.
Mike Shanahan is a great personnel coach in getting good players to come here. He can sell playing here which is what brought players here.
Does anyone see a sense of urgency on this team to actually go fight for 60 minutes in actually doing things to try and win? I really don't. I see a lot of predictability, mismanagement of personnel, and the playcalling has been lackluster as of late.
Are teams actually figuring us out? Have the realized that RGIII is being asked to do it all?
A list of coordinators that could be potential HC's that you could all get excited for:
Perry Fewell - DC - Giants
Mike Zimmer - DC - Cincinatti
Vic Fangio - DC - San Francisco
Mike Nolan - DC - Atlanta
Dom Capers - DC - Green Bay
Tom Clements - OC - Green Bay
Jay Gruden - OC - Cincinatti
Potential DC:
Romeo Crennel - HC - Kansas City
These are the best coordinators that are out there.
If we are going to actually go out and get rid of Shanahan, which is unlikely, any one of these guys would have been my pick for Head Coach, besides Romeo Crennel. _________________

you mean the game the replacement refs stole us two touchdowns?
yeah, the rams were the better team that day. | oh you mean the game where you hit Griffin late a lot, London late and we dropped a long pass or 2 that would have put us in scoring position. Yeah, I think we should have beaten you the refs didn't call a lot of person foul penalties that game and let it get out of hand. _________________ RIP SSF mike23md
