Absolutely. Fried turkey is perhaps the juiciest, most flavorful meat out there. Absolutely fantastic.

On an unrelated note: I'm positively giddy about the Rockets this season.

Yup! I like to fry mine around 325, and cook it a little longer. It doesnt get as burnt like when I used to fry at 350.

I totally agree Kenney im so pumped, just wish I could watch them on tv instead of my computer....

You haven't had my dad's venison soft jerky. I made it last spring for my fraternity, and guys were literally picking semi-raw pieces off the grill. I was terrified someone would get food poisoning.

As far as pure flavor, though, fried squirrel is my favorite. For those of you out there who haven't had it (which might be all of you, except maybe ax2), you should definitely make the effort to try it at some point in your life.

Dre LaDon's new song and video. Pretty sick, I like how he got all the die hard fans in.

Need some brief advice.

I had to quit my job recently and I've been applying for new work. I got a callback this morning, but I'm increasingly certain it's a scam -- the interviewer claimed to be with GroupSystems (the company to which I applied, through the legitimate head-hunter service of smartrecruiters.com), but in the email he sent me instructing me to call him to set up an interview, he used a company description that was taken verbatim from Susquehanna Investment Group. I was tipped off to being skeptical because the GroupSystems website that he referred me to describes the company as a research and development firm, but the description of the company was that of an accounting firm/investment group.

I was not asked for any money, or any immediately obvious sign of scam like that, but I need to know if I'm susceptible to any kind of identity fraud/theft based on the information these people would have gotten off my resume. The only personal information was my home address, my cell phone number, and obviously my name.

They're supposed to call again tomorrow morning, so I suppose I will have a clearer view if/when that happens, but I need to know if I'm in any danger just with the information that they may have on me from my resume.
