He definately does. But I was reading on another forum, so we cut him... The cards probably grab him off waivers?
Time to creatively resolve this. Somebody there suggested a suspension.
*He blocked me too after he tweeted me | I..would love for him to suffer on the Cards. Our defense will kill him. |
+1. It'd be awesome to watch our defense just crush him. Then activate LaMichael, even if only for that game, just to rub it in Jacobs face. _________________ saintsfan on the sig

-1: There's a very specific reason I'm glad he's on this team that I may talk about at a later point in time, but right now it's staying kept secret.
That's right. I'm keeping secrets. Deal with it. |

+1-1=0 so we're still at "Can we just cut the Tip-Toe Bandit already?"
But in all seriousness, I don't want someone in the locker-room with a selfish attitude sulking and influencing our young players in a negative way. _________________ saintsfan on the sig

I wouldnt be surprised if Jacobs is a Pariah in the locker room. Teammates may talk with him and joke around with him but no one really likes him. |

His twitter comments probably violate team policies, so that could be ground for suspension... we'll see. _________________

This is what should happen. Dont give this fool what he wants. Take a year off his career and then send him packing. _________________

I understand his frustration. The guy gets injured, is fully healed, but never suits up. And the only time he does suit up, he gets pulled out of the the one play he got called up for (ultimate troll by Roman ). However, there's certain ways to go about things. If he's not happy, bring it up with Harbaugh, not twitter. _________________

Agreed, don't like the way he went to twitter with that, but truth is we did the same thing to Edwards last year. Actually, same thing with Spencer after his injury LOL. It is very clear, you get injured you are DOOMED...........Unless your name is Patrick Willis _________________

No, I meant cut... as in to make an opening, incision, or wound in (something) with a sharp-edged tool or object.
I'm sure Aldon has some guys that can do the work for us. _________________

or Alex Smith
The difference between Jacobs and Edwards is that we gave Edwards chances to prove himself. He failed miserably. The guy couldn't catch a cold.
I'm not sure what's going on with Jacobs. Maybe it's just a matter of only being able to activate so many guys and with our RB depth, he's expendable. If Gore or Hunter get hurt, and he still doesn't suit up, then we'll have to wonder what's really going on. _________________

I dont really like twitter personally, alot of times you cant judge what tone someone is saying something just through a simple text
when I look at this video
http://www.49ers.com/media-gallery/videos/Locker_Room_Speech_49ers_at_Cardinals/
Jacobs isnt off in the corner pouting or anything like that, he's right up in the middle clapping along with the coach.
he was a low risk investment maybe some even call it insurance for Gore if he doesnt pan out, then so be it. Jacobs wasnt a long term answer anyway. I dont really see anything positive when fans tell a player they should be cut or whatever on twitter heh, that just makes them want to play for us less.
And as for the fan that asked Jacobs, LMJ, and AJ Jenkins why they arent playing, they obviously dont watch the 49ers because we have depth ahead of them that are contributing. If you ask me whoever asked that question is just trying to stir up some crap.
Just wanted to add, im not a huge fan of Jacobs by any means but at the same time I think this whole thing is being blown into something bigger then it really is, mostly because of our Bye week since we have nothing else better to read. |
