and the Bucs continue to have really bad luck.. as a Falcons fan, coming into this year I thought that with the new hire of Schiano that the Bucs would be doing a lot better than they have, I was assuming that because of the scandal with the 'Aints, the Bucs would have finished 2nd in the division behind Atlanta, and even possibly being able to make a run at the wild card.. I guess I was giving them too much credit too early. One thing though, there is still a ton of football left to be played.. and even though they are currently #2 in the division behind us here in Atlanta, I think that when all is said and done that the 'Aints will somehow finish #2 in the division ahead of the Bucs.. and hell, if somehow Carolina and Cam get back on track, they as well could end up finishing with a better record than the Bucs will, I simply have no confidence right now in Tampa. _________________

Huge loss for Tampa. Nicks had been a good player for them thus far. _________________ I bought one of those tapes to teach you Spanish in your sleep. During the night, the tape skipped. Now I can only stutter in Spanish.

Sorry Bucs fans. For a team with a "punch you in the mouth" and "run it down your throat" philosophy, this is a huge blow. Luckily Nicks and Joseph should both be 100% by the start of next season. Typically rookie RBs significantly wear down toward the end of their rookie season anyway. With a completely healthy O-line and a sophomore Doug Martin, the Bucs should be really competitive next year. |
