I was just looking over the schedule for the rest of the year and think that it is very possible that we could do quite well in our remaining games.

@ Colts
vs. Titans
@ Bills
vs. Seahawks
vs. Patriots
@ 49ers
vs. Jaguars
vs. Bills
@ Patriots

I am hoping that we can split with the Pats, but will reserve my judgement for a few weeks. I think if our defense can continue to play at a high level and our offense can limit mistakes, then we could go 7-2 in this stretch of games. That will put us at 11-5 for the season (2008 anyone?). I think that 6-3 is more likely though and we'll finish 10-6 with one of the two Wildcard spots. What do you guys think?

As confident as I was we'd beat the Jets, I would be really surprised if we don't drop a game between this week's Colts match-up and next week's Titans game.

If we win both of those I'll be really impressed. The Bills we should sweep but probably won't. The Patriots we could beat but probably won't. A lot of you have us going 3-1 in our remaining divisional games. We could just as easily go 1-3 by splitting with the Bills and getting crushed twice by the Pats.

As good as we've played at times, that's probably still the most likely scenario.

8 - 8 could mean playoffs in the AFC this year. We own tiebreakers against the Bengals and Raiders already (Colts next?).

Even though we have a soft schedule, I'm going to play it safe and say we go 5-4.
