Well, atleast we will see once and for all what Pioli and Crennel have given us at the position behind Cassel. Pioli commented about addressing the position and providing more competition and Quinn was his man.

Eh, what's the worst that can happen? He bombs, and we go back to rooting for a 1st round QB next year.

Atleast Matt Barkley gets to wear the same color combination in the NFL as he did in USC. Hes Stoked.

I've always liked Quinn. Hope he gets the chance to prove himself in Kansas City.

He hasn't been awful so far, 2 picks but neither were his fault. But he is checking down a lot and we really haven't pressured him much. Overall not bad but I don't think he's a savior by any means.

Sorry, but I told you so. Look at that INT on the slant route that Ronde Barber got eventually. Absolutely no velocity on intermediate throws is what I said in this thread last week, and that throw shows it.

Cassel has a better arm on intermediate throws, and I will say again - Quinn doesn't have close to an NFL arm.

So, its now Quinn v. Cassel in a competition. I'm not going to call it yet but honestly, with Romeo as your coach you could just flip a coin.

Lol then the Chiefs will have Brady Quinn and the 2nd coming of Brady Quinn. Laughing

I see him as more of a Leinart. Raiders version of Carson Palmer as his ceiling.

He meant looks wise ... I think. Cuz Barkley is a snazzy looking man.

You see him as more of a Leinart because he's from USC. Still, Leinart and Quinn failed for somewhat similar reasons(although Leinart being a partier had something to do with it).
