My one concern with the mock is that we are hiring 3 'inexperienced' coaches as HC, OC and DC - personally I'd like to see a more experienced guy in control of the offense if you go with a defensive Head Coach.

You hire a head coach.
He brings in his folks.
If he's not competent to do that, he's not head coach material. |

What? He did bring in his folks. He's got ties to Hackett and Woods. I actually had the entire staff filled out but I figured that would be too much and only posted the big three. |
